Refund & Returns Policy

1. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery or collection
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Goods should be unused with original packaging
  • We will replace the item or offer store credit

2. Non-Defective Returns

Returns for change of mind are possible only on approval:

  • Goods must be unused and resale-ready
  • A handling fee of at least 15% applies
  • Requests must be made within 7 days

3. Non-Returnable Goods

The following cannot be returned:

  • Special order goods
  • Tinted paints and mixed batches
  • Cut-to-size materials
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Electrical items once installed

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days
  • Method: original payment method

5. Uncollected Orders

  • Items not collected within 7 days may incur a 10% monthly storage fee
  • Uncollected goods may be restocked and deposits forfeited

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding returns or refunds under this policy will be governed by Botswana law.
