Refund & Returns Policy
1. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Report within 7 days of delivery or collection
- Provide proof of purchase
- Goods should be unused with original packaging
- We will replace the item or offer store credit
2. Non-Defective Returns
Returns for change of mind are possible only on approval:
- Goods must be unused and resale-ready
- A handling fee of at least 15% applies
- Requests must be made within 7 days
3. Non-Returnable Goods
The following cannot be returned:
- Special order goods
- Tinted paints and mixed batches
- Cut-to-size materials
- Custom or personalized products
- Electrical items once installed
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days
- Method: original payment method
5. Uncollected Orders
- Items not collected within 7 days may incur a 10% monthly storage fee
- Uncollected goods may be restocked and deposits forfeited
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding returns or refunds under this policy will be governed by Botswana law.
